Pressly avoids metal bars and handcuffs as she pleads no contest to drunk driving charges occurred on Thursday.
Well she couldn’t call Earl for help this time. The popular My Name Is Earl actress was sentenced to three years of probation, and ordered to attend a six-month alcohol education class.
If that isn’t enough, Pressly also has to have an ignition locking device installed on her car in case she decides to go on another splurge of drunk driving.
This isn’t Pressly’s first time dealing with drunk driving.
Pressly was previously arrested for a DUI earlier this year in Santa Monica, Calif. Police said, her blood alcohol level was far beyond the legal limit of .08. Three times the legal limit to be exact, and she plead not guilty to the charges.
I think this alcohol education class will be good for her. Don’t think she’ll be having anymore problems driving drunk with that ignition device attached….But at least she’s getting help! Wishing her the best!
