One Direction have quickly become a record-breaking boy band here in the States so it’s no surprise the group continues to make news.

One member in particular seems to be be generating more attention than the others, though. Which begs us to ask: is Harry Styles music’s new heartthrob?

With recent photos of 18-year-old Styles shirtless, rumors of a budding romance with Taylor Swift and adorable shots of him holding a koala in Australia, Harry definitely has his choice with the ladies. While his past relationship with 32-year-old U.K. TV personality Caroline Flack engulfed British tabloids last year, Styles took to Twitter to clear up rumors of their split in January.

Please know I didn’t ‘dump’ caroline. This was a mutual decision. She is one of the kindest, sweetest people I know. Please respect that.

As with some high profile relationships (Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez, Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran), Flack received death threats, which could have preempted Harry to acknowledge their breakup on Twitter.

It seems Caroline isn’t the only older woman Harry’s had his eyes on. Us Weekly reports he was spotted flirting with former Bachelorette star Jillian Harris earlier this month and asked for her number. Unfortunately for Harry, she turned him down.

While she wasn’t up for a night with the teen she did admit, “I was super flattered!”

Currently on the prowl, no woman is safe from the rumor mill. Kate Beckinsale, Michelle Obama, Rihanna, Taylor Swift and even journalists are susceptible to Harry’s advances.

After he met First Lady Michelle Obama during Nickolodeon’s Kids Choice Awards, Styles was quoted saying she is “a very attractive older woman.” And, the day after the Brit Awards Harry took to Twitter to gush about a new celebrity crush.

In an article titled “I turned down a date with One Direction’s Harry Styles,” Australian journalist Elle Halliwell detailed what happened after her interview with the band.

“I turned down Harry Styles, not because I didn’t like the 18-year-old singer, but because I’m 25 and engaged to be married,” Halliwell wrote. “I did notice during my Wednesday interview with the band that Styles was staring at me — but I was surprised and flattered when a member of the publicity team rang me to ask if Harry could have my number.”

As rumors swirl around the possibility of a romance with Taylor Swift, Harry cleared things up to the Herald Sun. “We met in America, she’s very nice, yes,” he said. “She is very talented… She’s very nice… We’re friends.”

While he didn’t quite squash the dating rumors, we’ll just have to wait to find out when Taylor releases her next album later this year.
