I’m not gonna lie, I am extremely envious of Beyonce‘s quick weight loss after having a baby just FOUR months ago!
Little baby Blue Ivy Carter‘s mom seemed to get back in awesome shape SUPER fast! So of course we are all wondering, how’d she do it??
According to US Weekly, Beyonce hits the gym five days a week with trainer her Marco Borges. He said, “We do cardio and plyometric moves like lunges and jumps on and off a bench.”
He also mentioned Bey stays away from processed food, and sticks to whole foods like vegetables and grilled meats. “You don’t have to eat only celery sticks. Be sensible and exercise constantly.”
So here’s my question…do you think Beyonce’s trainer wants to come help ME get into shape?? 😉
