There’s a Minka Kelly sexy tape being shopped around.. No, her partner wasn’t her recent ex, Wilmer Valderrama so why he’s such a stud to the sexy celebs still remains a mystery.

There’s this 30 minute long sex tape that’s being shopped around but there’s a complication because Minka may have been underage when the video was shot.

The tape looks semi-professional. The cameraman knew what he was doing and Minka was very aware of the camera. But the music that was playing in the background makes Minka’s age at the time questionable. They were playing Brandy’s second album, Never Say Never, which came out a few weeks before Minka’s 18^th birthday back in June of ’98. People are speculating if that song was added after the fact to make it seem like Minka was over 18 at the time.
