Apparently, getting a hold of Kate Middleton’s personal hospital information isn’t as hard to obtain as one would think.

An Australian morning radio show prank called the hospital pretending to be the Queen and tried to get information about Kate Middleton. The nurse who they spoke with didn’t know better, assumed the phone call was legit and actually gave out some of Kate’s personal info.

According to British Media reports, that nurse has been found dead in what appears to be a suicide.

The woman was put on Australian radio, who believed the Australian radio host with a fake British accent when she claimed to be Queen Elizabeth II.

Host Mel Greig said: “Oh, hello there. Could I please speak to Kate please, my granddaughter.” She answered “Oh yes, just hold on ma’am.”

The nurse, who was staffing the nursing switchboard at the King Edward VII hospital, put the call through to Kate’s nurse, who then detailed the pregnant duchess’s condition to the pranksters.

Audio of the prank went viral, and the hosts have since apologized.

On Friday, London police found a woman dead in her home, seemingly by suicide. British media report it was the switchboard nurse.
