In the “who used to date who” file, it appears that actor Tom Cruise used to date iconic singer Cher, back in the day! Cruise and Cher were an item (way) back in the 80s.

If you seem blown back by the fact that these two entertainers used to date, then get this: Cruise is 16 years younger than the “If I Could Turn Back Time” singer and actress. Today, Cher is 66-years-old.

The New York Post states that the two dated at the beginning of Cruise’s acting career. ( I guess he was a “top gun” longer than once thought!)

Additional reports also indicate that the two (lovebirds?) met at a White House ceremony, after Cruise starred in Risky Business.

Cher admitted to media outlets to loving Cruise and called him an “amazing” man who was “private”.
