Last night (October 23), Tegan and Sara performed as part of the all-star, all-female line-up, which included Ellie Goulding, Sara Bareilles, Kacey Musgraves, and Katy Perry herself, for Katy Perry’s “We Can Survive” benefit concert at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles. October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and the show’s proceeds went to the Young Survival Coalition, a global organization dedicated to supporting young women in their fight against breast cancer.
