It’s been spreading across social media all year for a good cause.
The #22PushUpChallenge is to raise awareness for the reported average of 22 daily suicides from U.S. Veterans. The goal is to do 22 push-ups for 22 days, then challenging a new person each day you post your progress.
As Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson takes on the challenge, he nominated his “Central Intelligence” co-star Kevin Hart along with our own JJ Watt.
Though JJ is still rehabbing his back, he will gladly face the challenge. He reposted the video saying “Raising awareness for those who fight for our freedom and the aftermath of that fight. They shouldn’t have to face it alone,” along with the hashtags #PushUpsArePartOfMyRehab and #DoctorApproved.
JJ Watt then challenges some other big names including Justin Timberlake, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Houston’s own Olympic gymnast Simone Biles!
