Sleeping More On The Weekend Can Help You Lose Weight

I’m not sure this is true but it sounds good!

A new study from Seoul National University Budang Hospital, South Korea,  says that having the laziest possible weekend is the KEY to losing weight!

How is that possible?

Researchers said they found that people who spent their weekend just catching up on sleep had lower BMIs than people who woke up at their normal wake up time and actually got a lot done over the weekend.

The MORE they slept. The LOWER the BMIs were!

By the way according to this study the minimum amount of sleep you should be getting, for an adult, is seven hours!
